I'd like to see a better relationship with the DoF in particular in dealing with player contract renewals and not going crazy with the wage budget. I would flag up which players I want renewed but set parameters as to what the max wage would be for a star player, regular first team, fringe, etc and just trust the DoF to get the job done. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
