The coaching staff of other teams

AT has only six coaches. There is only one in each field. Is it right that one of the biggest teams in La Liga has a start-up-sized coaching staff?

The biggest football club in Germany is now a fitness center. In real life, you can only hire a lot of fitness staff.
However, we need a sufficient number of coaches to conduct proper training on fm.
Ideally, you need 3 to 4 fitness coaches, 8 to 10 coaches, and 3 to 4 goalkipping coaches
The lack of coaches on other teams affects the difficulty of the game and reduces the reality of the game due to the growth problem of the players.
I think it is necessary to algorithmize so that at least the teams in the top leagues have enough coaches

What level of detail are you running those leagues at?

At anything less than full detail, clubs in other leagues will be a bit weird in a range of different ways. Staffing is one of those ways.

Don't think it is that- I've noticed when I've taken over clubs mid save that they will have one or two coaches at most (often with dreadful stats).

Here are a few examples from my current save in a fully loaded playable league I'm currently managing in.

Chelsea- zero coaches but three goalkeeping coaches!

Man City- zero coaches but two assistant managers!

Liverpool- at least they've got one coach!

So three top level, rich teams have one pure outfield coach between them.

Maybe the realism patch mod (from Daveincid) changes it a tiny bit?

Not that I've noticed. Teams outside of full detail are often found barebones in my saves with hundreds if not thousands of staff available to sign.
