Is it possible to change the Unique ID number of a player to avoid duplicates?

I'm merging databases and in one database a player has the same ID as another player in another database.

If I merge the two with the editor will that automatically assign the players with duplicated IDs between two databases a random number so they appear in the game? If not, can this be change manually?

Yeah the editor/game will automatically adjust Unique ID's
