Anyone know of any image bulk renaming software to help renaming image IDs quickly?

I'm currently editing a database for Football Manager 2024.

I have a bunch of images with ID numbers but I need to change those ID numbers to another set. I have 8000 images all named with one set of numbers (ID numbers for in the game to recognise), I need to change these to another set of ID numbers.

Example Image 1 ID: 25648912 needs changing to 36984788

Image 2 ID: 9811263 needs changing to 8482815 etc. etc.

They have to be this specific set of numbers and not any random numbers or else the game won't recognise them. is there any software possible to do this?

Do you have some kind of list where you noted all the identifiers and their new associated id? if so I can try to create a small program that could help you save time renaming all the files
