Deisler26
Season 4 Well, this year is going to be s*** or bust. We have two bloody Regionaliga sides dropping down to us and a chairman who wants us to Gain Automatic Promotion to the Regionaliga. Normally, with this kind of challenge, I would sacrifice the Verbandspokal Niedersaschen, but they want Semi Finals or better. Bugger, At least we're spared having to try in the DfB Pokal this season. We finished 2nd in Goals Scored this season and 11th in Goals Conceded. Not entirely sure how we can improve with Andreas making the deals, but that's what we're waiting for the Regionaliga for. I've nearly doubled season ticket sales since I've been here (61 -> 115) but we're still running with a massive amount of debt.
Deisler26 Posted Thursday at 07:32 Author Share Posted Thursday at 07:32 End of August 2026 Transfer Window Transfers In This was rather an amusing window. First off, Andreas bought players off my shortlist for the first time (Guzlajevs and Mosans), bought a decent keeper (Formosa) and picked up the brother of a former German international (Holtby). I looked at extending Deiters loan to us from Viktoria, only to find he was out of contract there, so we snapped him back up (Thanks, Andreas!) Out Hard to lose a club icon, but he was already complaining about game time and he leaves with the all-time MTV goalscoring record and Most Goals/POTM in a Season records. The other two were backups.

Deisler26 Posted Thursday at 07:38 Author Share Posted Thursday at 07:38 Staff additions Kim Schwager, 40, MTV II Assistant Manager - Well, the grass certainly isn't greener on the other side. Deisler26 Posted Thursday at 13:45 Author Share Posted Thursday at 13:45 End of January 2027 Transfer Window Transfers In Andreas picked us up a left back and centre back in this window. Deisler26 Posted Thursday at 16:53 Author Share Posted Thursday at 16:53 End of Season 4 A season that went from lows to highs as we captured the Oberliga Niedersaschen title, finishing 1st in the league. We stuttered a few times, especially as we lost to our two main rivals at least once this season, also including a terrible loss to a lower-midtable side when we were down SEVEN first team players, due to internationals, injuries and suspensions. We sadly bowed out of the Verbandspokal Niedersaschen at the Eighth Final stage, as we put out a backup side to face a Landesliga side. However, we toiled all game and proceeded to lose to a 94th minute sting in the tail as they triumphed 1-0 to knock us out. We again faced a 1.Bundesliga side in the First Round of the DfB Pokal, playing Werder Bremen. We lost 1-3 and bowed out with a whimper. Ware Pakia again finished top scorer this season with 29 goals, but he was pushed hard by one half of the Moldovan duo, Ion Chiobanu, who netted 28. Returning youth player Gerald Dieters took the most assists award, with 12. Team Stats. We're finally into the Regionaliga, where I will be starting to refit this club from top to bottom and have some really exciting plans which I will share with you!
Deisler26 Posted Thursday at 17:46 Author Share Posted Thursday at 17:46 Season 5 - A New Dawn Arises.. Goal The ultimate goal is the same as any other goal. Winning every cup and title available to this side. We've crossed off three, now for the rest. But that is in the future. In the now, our goals are more modest. Get promoted to 3.Liga. Replace our coaching staff. Replace our playing staff. Improve our facilites. This is my favourite part of the save. First thing will be to revoke Andreas Koch's authority on transfers and staffing. Next, we shall be replacing our coaching staff with the brief that we need decent Determination and a favoured formation of 4-4-2 throughout the team, this includes the U-19's and MTV II sides. This will be our mantra throughout the leagues now, trying to improve every time we go up a division. Our next goal is to improve our facilites. We've had rotten youth intakes and a team that is looking to eventually go youth only needs good facilities in both producing and developing talent. They will be in the following order of importance; Youth Coaching, Training Facilities, Youth Facilities and then Youth Recruitment. Hopefully, if the above two can be achieved, then we can easily do the other two. All signings will be carefully considered (no more multitude of right backs) and I will hopefully limit the amount of purchases as a settled squad does better than a Galacticos side. Endgame My final plan will be unlocked once we reach the Bundesliga promised land. Wolfenbuttel is in Lower Saxony, where there are 60+ teams all through the German pyramid. We will ONLY get our feeder and affiliated clubs from this area, in order to boost the profile of Lower Saxony. Would love to see some of the Landesliga clubs promoted due to our help. Also, I will try and send our coaches out to manage these teams, as we can then, bring them into the MTV fold, with 4-4-2 as their ethos. Finally, our German signings will all be from the Lower Saxony area, as we'll try to hoover up the cream of Saxon talent. VORWARTS MTV!

Deisler26 Posted Friday at 19:56 Author Share Posted Friday at 19:56 (edited) Coaching Changes Can't tell you how excited I am to replace our entire staff, with the exception of our DoF Andreas Koch who will go at a later date and our HOYD Nedim Koç who has a decent personality (Professional) and his stats aren't terrible for the Regionaliga. The one advantage of being at this level was a) they're only on 1 year deals and b) don't have many wage demands, so they were all let go before I started on my mass interviewing and signing of staff! My other quirk was to try and give people their first start in football coaching, so almost all our new staff have no experience as staff! Let's get ready to meet them! Coaching Staff Julian Börner, 36, Assistant Manager - Julian retired from Hannover 96 and became an Assistant Manager, earning his DfB 'B' Licence. He was a perfect choice for his first non-playing role Rene Grabowski, 30, Goalkeeping Coach - Rene had been let go from his previous role at a Landesliga club when he fell into our laps. He'll be excellent for what we need into 3.Liga. Matthias Völker, 42, Fitness Coach - Matthias spent his career, mostly collecting badges as he holds a UEFA B Licence, however he hadn't had a job offer. Now he does. Scouting Staff Kevin Vidakovićs, 36, Chief Scout - Kevin retired last season after a career in the lower leagues and passed his DfB 'A' Licence as a scout. We're his first role Stefan Denk, 37, First Team Scout - Stefan followed Kevin's path into retirement, however he hasn't yet cracked a licence barrier. We'll help him along for his first job Nico Demuth, 19, First Team Scout - Nico is somewhat of a prodigy, after gaining his DfB 'A' Licence at 18, we were delighted to give him his first start! Physio Staff Niko Höllen, 27, Head Physiotherapist - Niko is extremely talented for this level and I can't wait to see it reflect in our injury ratings. Birger Klauke, 26, First Team Physiotherapist - Birger is part of a young, hungry team and hopefully this will see him improve with us. I think it'll be a while before we get money enough to go youth only, but as soon as we get the chance to make it viable, I'll go with it! Yeah, the Moldovans run riot last season, I think it'll be trawling for unattached players in the international teams in Eastern Europe for a while
Deisler26 Posted Saturday at 21:28 Author Share Posted Saturday at 21:28 (edited) End of August 2026 Transfer Window News Gonna try and fit the pre-season and window in this one post this year. The board are ambitious as ever and want us to be Mid-Table in Regionaliga Nord and to Be Competitive in the Verbandspokal Niedersaschen which will be interesting, considering we didn't have much in the way of money to make this happen. Speaking of which, we were given a £7k transfer budget and a £6.75k wage budget. With us being £80k in the red and no visible way of getting into the black, apart from losing our best players, I fear it's gonna be a hard struggle this season. 98 shirts in a season? Go us!! Sadly, last season's third-most bought shirt is now out-of-date as he wanted too much for a contract renewal and I had to let him go. Benjamins is an interesting one as he didn't play very much last season, thanks to Akhalaia & Pakia playing better in the positions he could play. More moneyyyy.. Although we're predicted to earn less than last season...bugger. Transfers In Ian Guinabang, 20, M/AML (Free Transfer, Hamburger SV) - We released our Latvian international winger at the end of his deal and brought in a younger Filipino international. Deal. Sebastian Osterland, 17, AMC/ST (Free Transfer, RB Leipzig) - We needed a decent backup for Lado Akhalaia and this young target forward was perfect. Souffiane Najmi, 20, M/AMC (Free Transfer, St. Pauli) - Again, with the departure of a first team player, Najmi was brought in to plug a gap. Amir Farhadi, 21, D/DM/MC (Free Agent) - This Afghani international was there to bolster our BWM position as it had been a weakness from the word go. Out We had no outgoings that were not releases at the end of their deals. Most were either asking too much or not good enough. so we got rid Edited Sunday at 18:10 by Deisler26

Not a natural finisher but well rounded elsewhere to be a properly good link-up player. Deisler26 Posted Monday at 15:50 Author Share Posted Monday at 15:50 End of January 2028 Transfer Window Transfers In Adrian Becker, 23, DM/M/AMC (Free Transfer, Hannover 96) We raided a Lower Saxony club for a Lower Saxony boy! Wilhemshaven-born Becker came in to the BWM role Roman Lazar, 24, GK (Free Agent) We nabbed the Moldovan national keeper who was available on a free. Easy choice to bring him in as Malleck wants too much to stay on. Maxim Gresler, 24, D/WB/M/AML (Free Agent) More internationals! We picked up the Kazakh international full back after he was released by 1.FC Nuremburg. Ben Meyer, 29, D/WB/ML (Free Agent) We needed another fell back as our backup was making angry noises at being replaced. Out We released a few players that were on Amateur contracts to give us more room to play the newer arrivals ------------------------------------------------- Coaches Christian Kind, 31, MTV II Head Physio We needed physio cover for our II team and Kind was it. Rüfət Dadaşov, 36, U-19 Coach We signed the Azeri legend as a third choice striker, only for him to break his leg and retire within two games. So we signed him as a U-19 coach. Deisler26
Saturday 29th April 2028 Krombacher Niedersaschenpokal Final Volkswagen Arena, Wolfsburg Attendance: 3,675 SSV Jeddeloh II 1-4 MTV Wolfenbüttel In an enthralling 2028 Krombacher Niedersachsenpokal Final, MTV Wolfenbüttel secured a historic 4-1 victory over SSV Jeddeloh II, claiming their first-ever triumph in this cup and a coveted spot in the 2028/29 DFB-Pokal. The match, played at Wolfsburg's Volkswagen Arena, saw MTV dominate early proceedings with quick-fire goals, setting the tone for their emphatic win. The triumph marked a crowning achievement for the club, etching their name in Niedersachsenpokal history. MTV Wolfenbüttel wasted no time asserting their dominance, breaking the deadlock just eight minutes into the contest. Ware Pakia rose highest to meet a corner with a powerful header, putting his team ahead. Barely a minute later, Marvin Benjamins showcased his pace and clinical finishing, racing down the right flank before smashing the ball into the far corner from a tight angle, doubling Wolfenbüttel’s lead and stunning Jeddeloh II. Ware Pakia added to his personal tally and MTV’s lead in the 27th minute, this time latching onto a perfectly weighted through-ball from Adrian Becker. The forward showed composure, rounding off a flowing team move to make it 3-0. At this stage, Jeddeloh II looked shell-shocked, struggling to find a foothold in the game. However, the underdogs found a spark just before halftime with a sensational goal. SSV Jeddeloh II pulled one back in stunning fashion in the 38th minute, delivering one of the most memorable strikes in the competition's history. A corner kick was only half-cleared to the edge of the box, where Jeddeloh’s midfielder met it with a breathtaking volley, sending the ball soaring into the top corner. to make it 3-1. The strike gave the underdogs some hope, but they struggled to create more chances against MTV’s resolute defense. The second half played out in more measured fashion, with MTV Wolfenbüttel controlling the pace of the game and preventing Jeddeloh from building momentum. Despite occasional threats from the opposition, the match took on a "cat and mouse" dynamic, with MTV content to protect their lead. In the final minute of regulation time, Marvin Benjamins sealed the victory with a well-placed header from a cross, completing his brace and putting the result beyond doubt. MTV Wolfenbüttel’s 4-1 triumph will be remembered as a landmark moment for the club, as they lift the Niedersachsenpokal for the first time and look forward to testing themselves in next season’s DFB-Pokal.

Deisler26
Coaching Additions We've managed to get funding for more coaches and scouts, so we've spent the offseason looking around at staffing and come up with the following hires. Anton Müller, 26, Coach We wanted to add a bit more vanilla coaching expertise into the mix, First-time coach Anton will be responsible for the Attacking units. Fabian Boll, 48, Coach The coaching experience that Boll had meant that he was perfect to take over our Defensive units. We've gone for an old head here to augment the youth. Mario Göttlicher, 45, Scout Recently-retired Mario was let go by another Regionaliga side and we snapped him up.

Deisler26
End of August 2028 Transfer Window Transfers In Leart Paqarada, 33, D/WB/M/AML (Free Agent)- The experienced Kosovan international was released by 1.FC Koln and it took our biggest wage offer ever to snare him. Alex de Graca Marques, 23, ST(Free Agent) - The Polish U-20 international was on our shortlist for a year, before we were able to to snap him up for free. Sebastian Hesse, 20, D/WBL (Free Agent) - Another one for the Lower Saxony squad building. We have picked up this guy after he was released by VfL Wolfsburg Mats Hölscher, 21, D/WB/M/AML (Free Agent) - What Borussia 04 Dortmund have let go, we have picked up. Mats looks to be an excellent prospect. Ben Egerton, 21, M/AML (Free Agent) - Another local castoff from VfL Wolfsburg, as we picked up another left sided Lower Saxony-born player. Bennet Starcke, 21, GK (Free Agent) - Our shortlisting of Starcke for the last 6 months paid off as we were able to nab him over some bigger Oberliga rep sides Siphesihle Potts, 19, DC (Free Transfer, Eintracht Braunschweig II) - Not a brilliant pickup, but we were really struggling to find cheap backups. Another Lower Saxony guy. Marko Braun, 19, M/AMC (Free Agent) - Holtby is aging and we could do with a young player to cover him. Gabriele Balan, 27, DM/MC (Free Agent) - We snagged another Moldovan international to make four we had now. I love my Moldovans Nils Allien, 27, DC (Free Agent) - Hard to turn down a player like this on a Non-Contract basis. We also picked up Matteo Lassoff on loan from Eintracht Braunschweig Out Ian Guinabang, 21, M/AML (£45k, SpVgg Bayeruth) - Guy wanted to run his contract down and I wasn't having it. I shipped him out ASAP
