Harryseaess
I always look at good Mental Attributes. I like my captains to have good team work, influence, decisions and work rate . EDIT: I forgot to add determination lol.
santy001
Influence, Teamwork, Determination, Work Rate are the main ones I look for, I also look for Concentration, Decisions and Bravery. Whilst these aren't directly relative, I just can't help but feel if you've also got a captain who's got all these in abundance or maybe just 15 - 18 he's better than someone with 20 influence. -lewis-16-
i would say determination and influence are very important attributes for a captain. Also though, I think he needs to be an important player for you, like the heartbeat of you team i.e. Fabregas, Gerrard, Terry players like that, who play every game and lead by example
jams1234
Always look for popular players within team, influence and sometimes other mental attributes.
