I am playing with the champion of my country and after 26 matches i am like 6th .. Losing every rival match with 3:0 etc... Ofcours in thsoe matches I dominate but my players like to hit the stands better then the net .. I am like 20 matches 15 goals... Top strikers in the country cant pass the ball or score..Glad i receive penalteis from time to time and free kicks... Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Reducing mentality, creative freedom and closing down has gotten me on track with my team after endless hours of head aches and frustration. Stick to your guns until your players have gained a strong level of understanding. Then they might respond better to more aggressive instructions. My two cents anyway.
