coaching attributes - too low?

to get 7 stars in coaching for defense or attack you need attributes high in tactical for both and then defense or attack, yet when i search for them using the attribute filters, there is only ONE (for each)coach who has the coaching attributes available to give me 7 stars in either catagory, one of which is a regen

i have a large database, i have unticked "ask assistant to remove unrealistic targets" so why, when there is only one coach with the required stats to give me 7 stars in coaching for say attacking, are the stats so low. Surely the entire world would be trying to give him a job if he is the best coach for that position ?! (he is even unemployed !)

You dont need 7 star coaches, unless you have 50 players on intensive training..

Sign two 5-6 star coaches instead and it will be enough to keep all players on light workload.

isnt the 7 star a rating of how good the coaching they recieve is or?

what attributes should i be looking for when recruiting new staff to give the best coaching possbile for my players?

..the quality of coaching depends on the clubs facilities . As long as the coaches workload isn't above light workload , all your players get maximum attention.

that sucks, really rubbish way of doing the coaching, what is the point of all the coach attributes if the coaching levels are the same regardless of what coaches you have or their abilities as long as the load is "light"

Thanks, i will read it too. Its comleptly diffrent approach than mine.
