Part time or full time?

If I have the option to sign a player on a part time or full time contract, which is the better option? Is there any difference except more training with a full time player?

Part-time should save you some money but like you said, they get less training.

Would the game know if You had full time players but part time coaches? so would the players not benifit from the training?

Players with part-time contracts can only be assigned to part-time training schedules.

If you're a mostly part-time team, one of the best things you can do to improve yourself is to sign players to full time contracts. The increases that they get from full-time training makes a tremendous difference at that level.

That said, when money is a significant issue, as in the BSS and BSN, you're best off "cherry-picking" a few key players for full-time contracts, for example, a star striker, a playmaker midfielder, a central defender, and a starting goalkeeper ... rather than trying to sign everybody to a full-time contract.

Ok, what i meant was if you have a full time squad, then only employ a coach on a part time contract would the players stats start to alter, or would the game not take that into account or would it just not let you do it?
