Super Canaries
Okay, So when you start a new game, There's a feature called "Past Experiance", How doe's this affect your players during matches? Say if you put International Footballer do your player's play better for you rather then picking Automatic or Sunday league Footballer? Thanks... mancity12
Iv'e only just recently found this. Normally I use the wizard and it emits this question . I only looked when I heard about it on here. Apparently players are more likely to listen to you if your more experienced.
Ferrari312
I don't think it directly makes players play better as a concrete link between the two, but some players might be more motivated to play for you if they aren't the "model professional" personality-wise. It also increases your chances of getting better jobs if you start unemployed (or are sacked!) - it probably decreases the likelihood of you getting sacked in the first place as well. Stuff like that

Lazylen
If you are an unexperienced manager with a bigclub like Barca or Milan... Your players dont trust you as much as when you are an international footballer. If they play better i dont know... But they take more **** from you if you are negative about them in the media
