I did once (high strength and aerobics, low to medium everything else) and I think I've seen some improvement in match fitness (players get tired slower) over the season. But, on the other hand, it appears it also adds to the number of injuries... Did anyone else try it? Does it really improve fitness or was it just my imagination?
