Qeroz
Does the trainers' language matter when it comes to training? I mean, if you e.g. manage Barcelona, is it important that the trainers you employ speak Spanish?
iamjerome
i don't think the game imposes any such restriction in reality other than perhaps players not gelling quickly due to language barriers. in terms of applying tactics/training your own language doesn't seem to have any effect. probably for the best though.. phnompenhandy
In theory, the coach's adaptability and language should affect their training effectiveness. However, I haven't come any controlled tests that checked if it makes any difference or not. Actually, I had a homesick Italian kid last night, so I tried to solve the problem by asking him to recommend a scout since I have space capacity in the department. He had no ideas, so I asked him to rec. a player, thinking it would be another kid: his idea was a 20M international. Go home sonny
