They will have a better understanding of each others' positions and movements on the pitch, and invite each other to parties with Christmas roasts By the way, I've just completed my first season, and my assman still tells me that some players have not blended. These include English players who've played 20+ matches already. As it happens, I'm not intending to buy over the summer. How long does it take for a squad to 'blend'?
