xenardo
Are you letting in a lot of goals? Try getting Angelo Palombo, very solid DMC for me, IMHO his much better than Veloso. However, you might have to pay quite a sum for him though as I signed him for 22M.

Jambo_Dave
Try playing St Dazzle's 4-5-1 and having a big powerful striker who is good in the air. You should stroll into the top 4 every season easily. As long as you keep Modric or a similar quality of player in the middle of midfield and have decent wingers the rest of your team shouldn't even matter! serbboy
i finhsed 3rd last season
Jambo_Dave
If you are good enough to come 3rd you don't need any more help. Once you are in the top 4 of the premier league it almost comes down purely to luck whether you win it or not, from my experience it's near impossible to completely dominate a top league (English prem, Serie A, Bundesliga) The best I have managed was 3 seria a titles in a row but each season I could easily have come 2nd or 3rd depending on luck. Also in the top leagues all it takes is for a chelsea or man utd to have an amazing run and you won't catch them.
