DoYouKnowBobDole Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 Hello, I've grown tired of taking over clubs I have little to no attachment to so I'm creating my own in the bottom of the English divisions. My goal, of course, is to guide it up the English table system to the top. But I have a question. In the editor under the Stadium tab is the three options of Attendance, Minimum Attendance, and Maximum Attendance. Do these values reset/adapt to reputation rising(and falling) of a club or are these numbers mostly fixed. I've set the 'city' this club is located in as a non specific population. While I don't want an overwhelming large attendance at first, as I want a one parallel to other Conference North/South clubs, I do want the capacity for my attendances to rise. So basically will putting 0 for all these numbers give me a reasonable number based on my teams' current reputation, stature, etc and the capacity to rise later? jod123 Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 All those attendance figures will change based on your reputation as you go along in the game. If you set them to 0 they should become a reasonable amount when you start the game. About the city population. I don't think this has any affect on attendances. I'm not closed to the option of having a new stadium built(if I am successful enough), but I also want the ability to continue expanding my own stadium. The drawback is I don't want to feel like I'm tampering too much with the engine and taking the fun/unexpectedness out of the game. I can set the maximum seat expansion of my original stadium BUT if I can, I would rather it be decided by the computer 'behind closed doors' so to speak. So by putting 0 is that just randomizing it like it does throughout the editor in other categories or is it giving no room at all for expansion? jod123 Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 Yeah, a manual for the editor would be handy. I am pretty sure that it you set it to 0 it will randomize but I could be wrong. Matty Kyle Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 You can set the expansion capabilities and you can enter planned extentions Since u have stated that u want it to be up to the board whether or not it gets extended, just set the maximum expansion and then play the game as normal, I done the same as u and made a stadium, set max expansion to 100.000 but started at like 5000 or there abouts The problem with settin it at 0 would be that it might be too low for when u get into the premier league, so I would personally just set it high Hope that helps Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
