Nicky1010
Didn't know weather this should be in here or training forum, was just wondering if this was actually worth doing. Does it make a significant diffrence when you get a world class player to tutor a kid?
SiDolman
Yeah it is worth doing, but you got to make sure you dont ask the wrong player to tutor. What i usually do is base it on their determination, i usually only use a tutor which has a significantly larger determination than the target young player, in which case what can happen is that the young players determination raises to nearer the tutors determination, this is has 2 good effects, they are obviously a better more determined player on the pitch and they train harder and therefore improve faster. I have also heard of large boosts in CA when players are well tutored Also young players can gain the tutors preffered moves by tutoring too.
