Coop
I'm playing with one CF and two wingers. What would be the best place to tell my wingers to cross the ball? I would assume it's the centre?
andre_costa
Put the CF on the targetman list and then ask the wingers to cross towards him?
PaddyBrophy
Depends on the forward, if he's tall and strong target man. If not, I'm not sure. If you have an AM or a CMa, trying crossing to the edge of the box and that person can play it through to the CF if he's playing off the shoulder of the last defender. PhroX
I'd stick to mixed. I found with my 4-2-3-1 formation, I'd get a lot of chances and goals from crosses, but they varied greatly: sometimes they were classic crosses for my striker, sometimes they were low and hard across the face of the goal (I got a lot of own goals that way), sometimes they were cutbacks for the AMC and MC(a) arriving late, other times they went to the far post where the opposite winger would knock it in. Curuedhel
What does the game do if you have the 'cross to' set to 'Target man' but none of the target men are on the pitch?
