weezathon
In response to another thread really... but what does asking for a higher wage for yourself actually do? What's the point? I'm thinking their must be some reason for this... Thanks
ssestig
Longer contract + Higher Wages = Job security. *Edit - 1500th post*
aiston
Stolen from Gillsman from another thread...couldnt be arsed to type it "Well, you're correct, but the advantage to asking for more money and a longer contract, is that it becomes more expensive to sack you so the club is less likely to fire you straight away if you start performing badly." Grimoz
In response to another thread really... but what does asking for a higher wage for yourself actually do? What's the point? I'm thinking their must be some reason for this... Thanks Im managing in the lower english leagues so Im not really too worried about what they are paying me, if I could do the job for 0k I would so that I could have something for transfers which i am yet to have after 3 seasons. To me the manager wages are nothing that has an impact on the game other than maybe helping your reputation a little.
BillyMysterio
Yeah I don't think it's totally relevant but obviously the job security does help. I have notched up £1.9 million so far in career earnings.
