craig gresham
I managed to get Sheff Wed promoted to the prem using a mixture of tactics, some from here and my own. I'm now struggling in prem using same tactics and conceding late goals. The worst one is winning 2-0 and then hull manage to pull it back to 2-2 with two late goals, so annoying. Jambo_Dave
Do you use substitutions much? I used to lose loads of late goals but if you make changes at around 65 minutes taking off players under 80% in important positions then it usually cuts out the late goals. I usually replace my central midfielders because I use pressing and they are always tired very quickly in the 2nd half as they obviously work very hard for the team. thebugel
Vary the bugel433 and saint dazzles 4-5-1. In games you know you can win start with the 433 and change to the 451 when leading by a couple of goals (of your 1-0 up late on). An alteranate solution would be to start with the 451 against the harder teams and revert to the 433 late on to grab a goal if your behind, or drawing. If you play the following positions with thebugel 433 you will find solid results, both attacking and defensive. GK DL or DM/L DR or DM/R DC DC ---------------------------- DMC )- AMC ) - It is vital you play this system in midfield. This is the key to this tactic.
