neurospasm
There are reports indicating that a new league has been setup by many of the smaller footballing nations of the world. The goal, they say, is to develop their game to the level of the top competition. Leaders of these nations have invested a huge amount of resources in developing 15000 seater stadiums for each nation involved. In addition, the governments have decided to pick up the transportation costs for all clubs in the league as how would these nations be able to incur these costs! The local populations are slightly skeptical at the thought of this league but with seats cheap they are willing to give it a shot. When asked how the league will attract outside coaching staff and players, the league commissioner had a quick response. "We have paid a substantial amount of money to Dutch clubs that are in European competition to swap with a few teams in our leagues, to gain reputation. Although our teams are from small nations think of the overall picture, you're talking about global reputation directly from our league!" "So when can we expect to see this league in action?" said a fan. "We are awaiting the submittal of a few of the official team names, but the deadline is set for 2 days from now." replied the commissioner.

Serb
Just wondering, how did you pick which team is in the premier division and which team is in the first division, because I was one of the first to sign up, and yet my team is in the first division
Icelander83
It's done on the basis of who put the most into his bank account iirc? Must surely be random?
5ergio
It is completely random. First Division got filled up first even due that randomness. If it was done by money, Tonga would most probably be linguishing in non-playable leagues
