twood50785
I've had FM09 installed on my computer since the game came out, and have a couple of decent saved games on it. Anyway, now when I click on the FM09 it says: "fm.exe - Entry Point Not Found"... then under this title it says: "The procedure entry point SymGetLineFromAddrW64 could not be located in the dynamic liink library dbghelp.dll." I have no idea what it's on about. When I open it through STEAM it says that the game is not installed. This is obviously very annoying! Is the only option for me to re-install the game AGAIN!? Will my saved games be lost? Any help would be very much appreaciated! Thank-you. PS: I apologise if this is in the wrong forum section, there is so many I find it a but confusing! Neil Dejyothin
It seems like this particular file which the game needs has somehow gone missing. Give this a try from Steam: - Right-click on "Football Manager 2009" and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu. - Select the "Local files" tab. - Select the "Verify integrity of game cache..." button. You may need to wait a little while, so give it a good few minutes and then try launching the game.
