The original CMs were made by the people who now make FM, the CM we know of now is only CM by name, made by entirely different people. Try reading some independent reviews and form your opinion on that. Or hire each game for a week and make a decision. The only person who can decide which game is better is you really. If you don't mind out of date players (or if you don't mind using an unofficial update) you should try FM 07 first. P.S.
