StephenIrelandIsAGnome
This might not be the place to ask but anyway please help I'm looking to invest in more RAM for my pc as this slow running FM is annoying however upon doing some bargin hunting i found a very cheap offer £7.98 for 1GB of RAM "Kingston ram 1GB 533MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL4 SODIMM memory" and crucial said my pc wont support ECC, because it is advisable to not mix and match RAM. my question is "would it still work?" boragthung
You do realise that sodimm is for laptops as opposed to pc's?
mimland
I would had thought Kingston ram 1GB 533MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL4 SODIMM memory was without ECC, but I kinda suck at laptop RAM so I wouldn't know. Was looking at a website that seemed to have rather cheap RAMs of all kinds though so look around and you might find what you need.
