craiguk88
I have started an fm09 game on my mac but want to use it on a pc, is that possible? I have installed the latest patches on both and i have copied the save game file over aswell as database. But when i try to load the game on pc it says 'the database folder with which this game was created could not be found'. Can anyone please help? i would be really grateful. jod123
Have you used an edited database to create that game?
NepentheZ
If you've used an edited DB - then thats why. Just transfer the DB over too, and it should be fine. My mate plays his save on P.C when he's at home, and Mac when he's at work, so its definitely possible.
Glenn Wakeford
Save games are not platform specific.
craiguk88
Ye i used an edited db but i copied over to the other computer aswell. I have edited the database again since started that game and overwritten the original, is this why it wont work? Thanks for your help.

jod123
That should not matter. What is your user data folder in preferences?
