uppercut
is there any reason why you wouldnt want to use this team talk?
chopper99
If the player hadn't played very well in the last game? Or, in all seriousness, if the player was not particularly determined and didn't handle pressure very well.

DanGLiverpool
Pick up where you left off is used after the player had a brilliant last game. You are asking them to continue from the last game.
efils_god
i often find that when i use it, the player has a bad game afterwards. Not always, and depends on the player, so yeah probably down to handling pressure etc. Also note that i think it says 'I EXPECT' you to pick up etc', so this probably again links it to handling pressure?
