jod123 Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 First of all you need the picture obviously. Then you need to go where FM is installed on your computer and go into the data folder then using the resource archiver you need to extract the skins.fmf folder. Then go into that folder and go into the folder of the skin and go into graphics->background and overwrite the default picture there with your one. Then you need to create a new archive using the resource archive and use that skins folder. Then replace the skins.fmf file you found to begine with with your new one. Refresh skin cache and so on and your new background should be in the game. As sixsecondsleft said above you could make a new skin as well which is probably easier as a matter of fact. jod123 Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 To make a new skin you will need to use the resource archiver to make it easier. I'll make you a new skin if you want. It will be the exact same as the default one but just the background changed. You can do it yourself if you like. Have a look at the guide in here. sixsecondsleft Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I'd suggest downloading a new skin... there is one that is the default with more transparency. After you install it, you can open the skin's folder and find "graphics\backgrounds", and replace the "default" image with yours. Your image has to be called "default" also.
