Yonezzz
Is there an issue with this? I mean, I've been looking at getting better coaches to take charge of my reserves and U18s - does there ever come a point where they can't do their club jobs because they're with the national team? What about for training, do I get less from them if they have another job?
Ediocy
As far as I know, there is no penalty in the game for employing a coach that already has National team duties. You should not suffer any disadvantages when it comes to training quality. I think I currently have two National team coaches in my backroom and they are great! CrashOverride
None that I have found in fm07 08 and 09. I normally take at least two of my club staff with me to a national team as I imagine a manager would in real life. I cant see it having that much of an effect of training as the players are mainly away on international duty when then coaches are peforming their national duty
phnompenhandy
No down side. On the contrary, I always look around national sides to recruit new coaches because they're happy to double up.
