How do I add a downloaded skin when running Football Manager through Steam?

Hello!

I've downloaded the Dark Horizon skin to use with the 9.3 version of the game running through Steam - the problem is in the games data files (under steamapps\common\football manager 2009) there is no skins folder - just a skins fmf file - I can't seem to locate a skins folder elsewhere either - is there a way of using it somehow??
