irons_4_ever
I dont get why prem are docked 9 points yet every one else is 10 points:confused:
Ched
Surely it's just different rules for different leagues? The prem has fewer teams therefore fewer games so maybe the FA feel that 9 points is as significant as 10 points?
pnefc22
Yes, it is just different rules for different leagues.
irons_4_ever
i assumed the FA set these rules not the leagues and they would be the same for all.
canvey!!
i assumed the FA set these rules not the leagues and they would be the same for all. No, Ched is correct. A Premiership team plays 8 fewer games so doesn't have as severe a points deduction.
Kenco
Prem always has different rules - like when West Ham were only fined over the Tevez affair instead of being docked points (which would have got them relegated) like AFC Wimbledon who broke the same rules. Or how Man Utd are allowed as much time added on as they need until they score...

jptykes
i assumed the FA set these rules not the leagues and they would be the same for all. The FA set the rules for the Premier League while the Football League set the rules for the other divisions iirc.
