Just a quick reminder, voting finishes tomorrow morning.

Everyone feel free to vote.

Are you going to do this x-factor style where you say

and the first person to be voted out is......

and then wait for what must be hours and hours and hours............

Fred Brookes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (although hopefully you won't be saying Fred Brookes :p )

Yup, I'm tempted after this one to only include players for potential eviction who haven't posted, don't mean to be harsh, but the regular contributors should be in longest.

Glad I've contributed and voted then :D

The First Results

Thanks to everyone for the votes, they are in and there is a clear winner.

The votes were cast for many reason, mainly to let the rubbish slip away and enjoy their carrers for Stockport and Darlington, telling the stories of what could have been.

Votes were cast for rivals, clubs played for and there seems to be a fight on for who is the real 'new Michael Owen'.

The bottom three were

Josic Spoljaric

Michael Payne

Robert Blowcrapup

*drumroll*

and the first person out of the signup is ...

to be revealed later.

The Result

As correctly guessed

Josic Spoljaric was the clear loser with four votes.

A less than avarage start to a career for an avarage club sees him first out. Who will be next.

Next time the the voting will be slightly different.

Each person will get one vote, but that vote will be weighted as follows.

If the person has not posted in the thread the vote will count as two points.

If the person has posted in the thread the vote will count as one point.

Obviously those with the most points are voted out, this is to encourage participation and hopefully those participating will get to be involved longer.

Commiserations to Spoljaric, I think voting was difficult in the first season as most players hadn't played regularly yet.

Hopefully Hermano can find his way at Liverpool or get a good loan to a decent side next season.

Don't despair if you're not playnig that well, in the random CA and PA generation a few people with low CAs got the very high PAs so hope for a few lucky seasons, and then really start performing.

Hopefully when people start moving and playing for the full teams, there will be other reasons to vote, such as scoring crucial goals against others peoples teams, red cards for fouls against certain disliked players and becoming team mates.

Haha, good timing, very sorry for the delay, couple of easter issues, etc...

There is an update today, in the middle of writing it, so will be soon.

No appologies needed, was just that I like this sign up :)

Thanks mate, looking forward to it

The second season begins, and at the half way stage, our sign ups still aren’t setting the football world alight, but it’s still early in the careers.

Bob McBob

Still only with the U18s squad, but for how long. 22 games, 22 goals and an average rating of 7.74. Still a regular in the French U21 squad although no more caps. Mr Wenger does like the youth and French players, McBob is professionally just biding his time.

Michael Payne

No games for Aston Villa whatsoever, competitive or non competitive. A three month loan deal to Wolves led to one appearance, but a rating of 5.50 left him out of the team. Still injury free, so the media are no longer comparing him to Michael Owen.

Fred Brookes

11 starts, three sub appearances have netted him 5 goals so far this season for the Blackburn Reserves. A goal against Man Utd reserves was looking good until he suffered a stubbed toe and was bought off, maybe kicking young Thomas Weir who was playing for Man Utd at the time.

Tyler Burrows

Burrows drop down to the Championship with Bolton seems allowing him some first team football. 20 first team appearences, 2 as sub have only seen three goals though. Two more international caps for Andorra brings his career total to 6, still no goals though. At least he’s getting much needed experience.

Martien Oak

Eight + 2 sub appearances for the Chelsea reserves have led to 0 goals and a rating of 6.32. One sub appearance in the league has led to 0 goals. One league cup start led to 0 goals, will need to start scoring to be back up for a Chelsea squad with only Drogba and Owen as recognised attackers in the first team. Did score against Slovenia U21s for Holland U21s though.

Ricky Nakano

In the Everton first team, although not getting too much ‘pitch time’. Two goals from four starts and 3 sub appearances in cup and league isn’t too bad though. One U21 cap for England though and preferring them over his nation of Canada.

Saul Goode

Only nine starts for the Fulham reserves, for goals and a rating of 7.32 isn’t too bad though. Has 5 U21 caps for Wales and 2 goals though. Out for two or three weeks nursing a fractured rib, lets hope he can continue his form on his return.

Liam Ferguson

After impressing with 13 goals and 5 assists in 25(1) reserve games, 8 of which he was man of the match, he has now become a Hull first team member. Two games and two sub appearances have netted him one goal and help guide Hull to third in the Championship.

No new injuries but still the new Michael Owen according to the press, Michael Payne was unavailable to comment.

.

Hermano Brother

A twisted ankle at the start of the season, and the flu have meant Hermano has only managed 7 reserve appearances for Liverpool, with 2 goals. A regular substitute for Spain U21s with his first cap coming against Belarus.

Pablo Gonzlez

Has been listed for loan, but nobody wants him! Has only made three U18s games for Man City, no goals. Still wants to play for Spain instead of Mexico, but may have to settle for the Central Americans unless he can improve his career.

Thomas Weir

Plugging away in the reserves for Man Utd, 11 games on sub appearance, three goals. Now has 5 Scottish caps but can not find the net for them, I’m sure though with Alex Fergusons guidance will become a good player.

Owen Meek

After 6 goals in 5 games for the reserves, Gareth Southgate has given Meek his chance. Two goals in three games in the league, a goal in 3 cup games, one as sub and a sold av. Rating of 7.17 in Continental competitions should seem him become a valued member of the Boro squad. Has 7 U21 caps for England now, although still no goals. Has taken a shining to Stewart Downing, who he lists as a favourite player, and his good relationship is ‘Thinks Downing is a good player’. Ahhh

Robert Blowcrapup

Four goals in six reserve games, but only an average rating of 6.80. That’s about all I’m afraid for Blowcrapup, maybe his career is being affected by the Ashley reign at Newcastle.

Arthur White

Still only valued at £170,000 and with the Portsmouth U18s, but kept up his form from last season with 15(2) U18 appearances and 10 goals. Avarage rating of 7.08. Should image he isn’t too happy to only be on £55 a week, when some of our signups are getting 5 figures a week.

Mr Bojangles

Sat bottom of the value pile at a measly £28,000, but why? 18 games and four sub appearances for Stoke reserves have seen him bag 9 goals, 3 assists and 4 MoM awards. His only competitive game coming as a goal scoring sub in Europe, against Arafat Yerevan where he was rated 7.90. Impressive as Stoke are in the Championship although first, and a 3-1 Euro Cup win over Deportivo meant they missed out on goals scored to qualifying from the league stage.

Jack Browne

A goal scoring great for Sunderland U18s. 18 goals in 17 games, not so good for San Marino, 1 goal in 11 games. Chesterfield unsurprisingly want him on loan, it’s unknown yet if he will be going there for a bit of first team experience.

Haowan Madridstas

Plugging away in the Tottenham reserves, 5 goals in 10(1) games. One sub appearance in Europe didn’t lead to a goal, but a rating of 7/90 showed he had a good game. Gashed his lower leg in training, which sounds painful.

Loic Philppens

The ‘Wonderkid’ keeps on giving for West Brom. Although only 18 is listed by West Brom as one of their favourite personal. 11 goals in 16 appearences, two as sub and three goals in six cup games have made Loic a fans favourite. Also a favourite in Belgium with 4 goals in 4 games this season, meaning 10 goals in 10 caps, including two against Turkey.

Has had a bit of bad luck with injuries, out for 2-4 weeks after straining ankle ligaments, and a previous layoff of nine days for concussion at the start of the season. Won the premiership young player of the month in November.

Cristobal Blanco

Five reserve games, one goal for West Ham, but a regular on their bench. A bruised head and groin strain haven’t helped this season. Reports in the national newspaper credit his missus for both injuries!

Josic Spoljaric

Voted out in first season.

Not too bad I suppose, let's hope I can break into the first team :)

Thanks for the update Chimpos

Less progression as I hoped for.....should be really improve himself next season otherwise his career will end before it is even started..... :(

Doing pretty good for Everton. Following the steps of Hargreaves it seems. England over Canada. :(

Well here we go and the second elimination has begun. A few glimpses of what is to come, and (hopefully) next season will see more breakthroughs for our young players.

Remember that people who have not posted in the thread since the end of voting will have each vote count as 2 against them.

Voting is now open and will shut Wednesday at 9:00

Bob McBob

Somehow has spent the entire season wrecking havoc for the Arsenal U18s. 28 goals in 27 games and a massive 10 man of the match awards. Surely Mr Wenger will be looking to get McBob involved before long

Finished the season as English Under 18s Group 5 highest rated played with 7.91, winning the league easily, but unfortunately missed out being in the winning U18 cup team as he was travelling to sit on the French U21 bench.

Michael Payne

A disappointing season for Payne, as his pleas for more football fell on the deaf ears of Martin O’Neill. Only 1 reserve game and two sub appearances all season, as well as the 1 nightmare game he had on loan to Wolves.

The good news is, he is back to being touted as the new Michael Owen, although still injury free, and he himself is pleased that Steve Irwin is the new England U19s captain, although he doesn’t enjoy it when Steve picks up a corner flag and hits him with if shouting ‘Whoa, boy has this critter got big studs’.

Fred Brookes

Increased his number of games from February but only 1 more goal. 16(3) appearances in all for the reserves.

Optimistic about his future at Blackburn, and with McCarthy and Shevchenko getting long in the tooth could look to be promoted to the first team. Played his first game for the England U19s recently.

Tyler Burrows

A fair season for Burrows. Although not setting the Coca Cola Championship alight, he played 34(3) games for Bolton, only scoring 6 goals, but getting that much needed first team football. Scored in Boltons first leg of the playoffs, but couldn’t repeat the trick as they lost to Leicester in the final. Phil Brown told the media he was disappointed with Burrows form in March, but persisted with him.

Another international cap for Andorra another blank, although he did have their only shot on target against Iran. Has Dinamo, Barnsley, Leeds and Bologna interested in him.

Martien Oak

Four more reserve appearances led to no goals and Oaks languishes in the reserves. Still a regular for Holland U21s, but not a great record, 9 games, 1 goal.

No body is interested in Oak, and it seems he may have to leave Chelsea to continue his career, we shall see.

Ricky Nakano

Nakano is learning his trade by a textbook. Now a youth player on the Everton subs bench, playing cup and reserve games to keep up his progress. Finished the season with 2(3) appearances in the league with 1 goal, and 5(1) cup games, netting three goals. Scored in the League Cup Final against Chelsea, even though Everton lost 2-1 to Chelsea. Didn’t play as Everton lost 2-1 Man Utd in the F A Cup final.

Two more U21 caps for England shows he intends to ‘Do a Hargreaves’.

Saul Goode

5 goals in 12(1) reserve games for Fulham, but with an impressive average rating of 7.22. Now up to 3 goals in 7 games for Wales U21, could be in the first team before long.

Liam Ferguson

.

Finished the season after playing a lot of football. 27 games for the reserves, scoring 13 times, and 9(5) for the first team, scoring 4 goals, including the scoring the first goal in the 2-1 win over Coventry which sent Hull back to the Premiership.

All those games, unfortunately left no room for more injuries, so still dubbed the new Michael Owen and still only four career injuries to date.

Hermano Brother

Finished up the season for Liverpool reserves with only 11 games played and 4 goals scored. A disappointing rating of 6.33. Brother didn’t manage to add to his solitary U21 Spanish cap.

Elche are interested in him, although they have just been relegated to the third tier of Spanish football, we have had no comment of whether the move could be on.

Pablo Gonzlez

Moved up to the reserves and finished the season scoring once in 7 non-competitive games. He has the hunger to proceed, wanting to go on loan to get some first team football, and willing to play for Mexico or Spain now just to get on the pitch.

Thomas Weir

Added a few more games for Man Utd reserves, no more goals, finishing the season with 15(2) appearances and 3 goals. Played once more for the Scottish U21s still no goals. That’s about all for Weir, maybe Fergusons keeping him out of the spotlight.

Owen Meek

Took full advantage of being given a first team spot and finished the season with 5 goals in 12(1) premiership games. 7(1) and two goals in europe and cup games will help him cement his push next season. Now played 9 U21 games for England, still can not find the net.

Robert Blowcrapup

Only managed one more reserve team game the rest of the season finishing on 7 games, 4 goals. With 10 other reserve strikers Blowcrapup might have to look elsewhere for football, but he’s happy to be there and no one is interested in him.

Six days out after stubbing his toe, it seems to be taking over from a broken metatarsal as the injury of choice.

Arthur White

A great season with the U18s, 21 goals in 23(2) games. Will want to stride forward now, after scoring in all bar one of the last 16 games. Still only earning £55 a week, will need to improve his overall game, as he has a lot of 1’s for many stats.

Mr Bojangles

22(4) reserve team appearances and 11 goals, 4 assists, wasn’t enough to break through to the first team at Championship Stoke. Has made a big leap to be valued at £280,000 but now needs to make a good impression if given a first team chance to prove he is worth that.

Jack Browne

It seems that those left in the U18s are too good for that standard. 21 games and 21 goals for Browne for the Sunderland U18s. Not quite as good with 5 more San Marino caps this season but no goals.

Has been made available for loan, so lets see how he could do if competitive football comes his way.

Haowan Madridstas

7 goals in 13(1) appearances for the Spurs reserves, and made his league debut, playing 90 minutes again Sunderland in February. Still a regular for Spainish U19s being named in the squad for the U19 European Championships.

Loic Philppens

Finished off a great season for West Brom, with an impressive tally of 23(2) games, 14 goals in the league, helping West Brom to 11th in the Premiership. Keeping up a goal a game for Belgium with 11 in 11.

Finished second only to James Vaughn in the young player of the year, a trophy filled career beckons.

Cristobal Blanco

Added three more reserve games and 1 more goal. Will return from his holiday in Benidorm to the West Ham first team, can he take his chances?

Has joined Owen Meek and Ricky Nakano in the England U21 squad and has 1 cap.

Josic Spoljaric

Voted out in first season.

Here is the link to the screenshots (everyones profile and the premiership).

Game Fun

Chimpy Chimpos : The manager I am holidaying the game through, any player playing for his club at the end of the season will be spared being nominated for eviction. Not much chance of that though, after managing at Spanish B level went to Italian C1/2 leagues and is now at Exeter.

A new character is in now.

The Baron

The baron is evil, he is nasty. He will be renamed from a German U21 player who looks good, and has high aggression. Any player ending up at a club where the Baron plays will have their votes doubled at the end of the season.

Let’s get voting!
