msat
Hello Why can I only contract people as amateurs / youth? What do I have to do to be able to sign at least part time?
Son_Of_William
if you aren't a professional club, there is nothing you can do.
timmytiger69
if you aren't a professional club, there is nothing you can do. hang on, even with BSS/BSN teams, you can still sign decent (by that i mean for lower league teams) players on part-time contracts. As for your problem mate, how can you manage that? You must be managing a squad outside the English divisions and as such is a strange problem i haven't come across. Sorry i couldn't help mate. xpassuncax
aren't amateurs = part-time? I often LLM and that's usual to happen. You can't sign people on professional contracts because simply you can't afford them. On my last save I couldn't even sign part-time because of wages... TheBetterHalf
Some clubs, like newly promoted teams from out of the league system in small countries with lots of leagues( ie Sweden), your can only contract the players on amateur contracts, This mean that they are free to sign for anyone else at all times( as we do not have a contract including payment) To the TS: Do not think here is anything you can do really until the club has reached a higher status and/or gets a higher turnover. So its a moment 22 situation as this is very unlikely to happen without being able to attract/keep players by offering salery;)
