mista T Posted April 21, 2009 Share Posted April 21, 2009 Around the time you enter league football, the pros are that the team dedicate all time towards the team, meaning they do more training, the con is that you generally have to pay them more to turn proffesional. lam Posted April 21, 2009 Share Posted April 21, 2009 Any time when you have a good player and can afford their wages. If you can get them for the same money, then there is no reason what so ever. You should have a read of 'HeathXXX' thread about lower league management. Whilst it doesnt cover this topic directly, it does help with the signing of full time players to the lower leagues.
