Chimpos Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 I can't seem to win away, this season i have played 10 games, won my 4 home games, lost 5 and drew 1 away. This has been the same for my previous seasons. I have tried using the same tactics away 442, slightly attacking, same tactics but changing the team options (more defensive, longer balls), different tactics, 532, 352, 451, nothing seems to work, my team play like a completely different team away. Does anyone have any hints or tips, I'm Luton in League 2, and I can't take another season of mid-table mediocracy!! Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
lam Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 You will need to play more possession football away in this version. Play an average mentality of 9/10, its still normaly but on the lower side. Play a slow short passing game and have most players on mixed PI's. This will result in more possessional play and then you can tweak some players to be more attacking. A combination of correct man management and squad rotation with a well utilized tactic is most likely to produce consistent results both home and away.
