macsoz Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 i know there is a good stirker thread, and if this thread gets shut ill understand as i there doesn't seem to be as many threads like this anymore, but i'm trying to find a good tall striker not necessarliy a target man. i'm playing as liverpool and the formation i'm playing works best with one of my stirkers being tall, as n'gog + torres/vagner love works alot better than love + torres or pandev. so far ive scouted a few players but my scouts arn't reccomending anyone has anyone got any other ideas for a tall stirker, i'm on 9.3. lastly i don't really think ibra or adey would be a viable option. so far; cardozo-3stars necid-3stars gignac-3stars adriano-3stars ibisevic-3stars sanat cruz-3stars hugo almedia-2stars de sutter-2stars thanks Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

theincrediblehulk Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 Cardozo always seems to get a 3 star rating by scouts if you're playing as a big club. But he's a quality striker and would definitely be an excellent option if you need a tall striker. Gignac is class too but as a TM, Cardozo is definitely better. If not those two, then I reckon Huntelaar is the only viable option. All the others are not Liverpool standard imo. Discounting the likes of Drogba, Adebayor & Ibra ofcourse who I'm sure would be very hard to lure. If you're bold enough, you could bring Crouchy back to Anfield..... Tevez regularly outjumps many tall defenders for me in my man utd save, ahh ok so maybe i do need a target man then, just had alook at my players stats for jumping n'gog 14 torres 14 babel 13 love 11 sanchez 8 pandev 8 tevez would be a great kinda player to have as i prefer two fast strikers to a target man and a paceman. might have a look at mario gomez thanks guys.
