Draakon Posted May 27, 2008 Share Posted May 27, 2008 AFAIK flair is a skill that shows how succesfully player can do something somewhat extraordinary on the pitch that is not mentioned in tactics - for example give a long pass or create an opportunity out of nothing. This kind of player just takes the ball and does whatever he feels is good and usually successfully. It's a bit connected with creativity. I think your decision about your players creative freedom you give to them should be based on flair and creativity. I've understood that when creativity means that player is able to give more key passes, find teammates off the ball, feed the ball to strikers on the run etc. then flair means something about decision that player makes in attacking phase of the game (while "decisions" skill should be more connected to defensive decisions).
