andywoods
I bought Marquinhos for £0 - £40m after 50 league appearances a few seasons a go. Once he had played 49 league games I sold him to Athletico Madrid so I didn't have to pay the £40m. A season down the line I have noticed that he has a minimum release clause of £10.25m. His stats are better now than they was when he was with me. The thing I am wanting to know is if I were to buy him back & he made 1 league appearance, would that mean he has played 50 league for the club meaning I would have to pay £40m to Palmeras (I think) or will it not matter since this is a new transfer? Anyone know?
ism-scfc
I think it is a new transfer deal, new contract, so you wouldn't have to pay the £40M.
