jim65 Posted August 25, 2006 Author Share Posted August 25, 2006 Epilogue After getting help with my demons I had moved back to Germany and got a house by the Rhine in Koblenz, going back to work for Bruno as a coach with the youth team. I never managed at any level again, and never got my top flight dream. Some things just aren’t meant to happen I guess. I discovered that Anni, having left Koblenz to pursue her dream, had returned disappointed not unlike myself. She had found out that her fiancé had an inclination to stray and had never married him, selling her Koln business and running a small but successful legal pratise in Koblenz. We had a thriving social life in town with a close circle of friends that included Rudi and Maria, and Bruno and his wife Hannah. I never missed a Koblenz game, and my life was no longer ‘Just About Managing’, it had far greater meaning than that! Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
