As NY manager I offered contracts to Giggs, Ballack, Nedved etc. but all rejected. As Toronto manager you are even in more difficult position, cos NY can offer bigger salaries and is a more attractive place for players. Seattles not in MLS so he would probably be interested in joining your team and he shouldnt be too cheap. I got him for Columbus before any of the patches and he was only like 26K.
