Hello Fm friends.

I am a big fan of the Football Manager franchise, from the days of CM where I could have the opportunity to grow and learn more and more this great game and entertainment mode.
FM is not only a game in which we can have the absolute immersion of football and all its glamor and challenges, but it is also the way to connect with something that we have tried for a long time that is to be part of the football world. Some try to play in teams, to be coaches, coaches or scouts ... but they do not always succeed for several reasons that life usually surprises us. So I want to thank SEGA and Eidos Interactive for always improving and improving the FM, however I would like to mention some points that in my opinion would be of more value to the game:

1. Team and selection coach at the same time: When you have a game in which the tight schedule would not allow you to command club and selection (in real life), we should be able to choose which of the two we want to lead in the game. Calendars like in Brazil in which we have a national team game in the same game period as the clubs is an example of this. In FM20 we can train with England in a game in Europe and on the same day command Flamengo in a game of the Brazilian Championship, which in real life would be impossible.

 

2. Option of coaches already made by the game: in Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 it is possible to choose coaches already established to play, such as Romário, Maradona, Rijkaard, etc. Imagine how sensational it would be to be able to choose to lead a great idol of ours as a coach with his record of achievements as a player already made by the game. This option would be easy to place in the game given that there are millions of players and coaches at the base date of the game. We could choose between creating a technician (as it always has been) and being able to get some technician already known with all his luggage together. Sensational.

4. Achievement album: This idea is that the game has a part as a photo album with the achievements of the manager. Imagine winning an FA CUP with AFC Wimbledon and having a photo with the cup registered on the album. It would be very interesting in view of the immersion this would cause. It is not difficult to put a picture of the manager with the cup on the side. Simple but very relevant for fans. Today we dont have this opportunity, if we won something it´s not possible to check propely in the gallery personal manager.

 

5. Give some reason for the Manager salary: Today we know that when we negotiate a contract nothing is worth the salary that the manager receives, because then we can think of something like buying an amateur team in the future, buying parts of rising players, etc. I don't think about something very broad like buying houses or a car (FIFA MANAGER) I think about something more subtle but that can entertain your fans.

 

6. Going on Vacation: Today at FM we can go on vacation at any time, in any way ... something that escapes reality. My proposal is that we can go on vacation, but that it be something more specific. We can have the option of a sabbatical period, to solve personal problems, to study somewhere in the world, etc. Just clicking there to go on vacation seems to escape the idea of immersion, which is the FM's strong point.

 

Maybe I can have some property to give suggestions considering that I have been a fan of the brand for years.

These are some of the points that I believe can be included in the future FM´s, suggestions from a mere fan who strongly believe in the success of the brand.
