i use the foolowing steps in player search

    first tier with 12

    second tier with 11

    third tier  with 10

i think it finds very good players. that's what i want to do with other roles.

can you give an advice how i can do that or something similar with the freen/blue colouros?

    thanks

  3. Hey guys.

I took the title in my second season with excelsior in the dutch league EREDIVISIE. (with Penetation tactic. Thank you @vujevic )

at the end of the season after winning i sent CV to top 5 DIVISIONS in europe (FRANCE, ENGLAD, ITALY ,GERMANY, SPAIN) and no one job interviews

approached small clubs in the first league like Lorient and they decline to give me an interview.

    completed the all NATIONAL qualifications.

i'm still at Excelsior, i haven't resigned. won the super cup against AJAX at the beginning of the 3rd season.

    bummer

Knap, just wanted to say thanks for creating all these tactics. I'm in my 9th season with Cagliari and have won 4 of the last 5 Serie A titles, plus a 2nd and 3rd place in other seasons. I've won 6 of the last 7 Coppa Italias, and am the reigning Champions League holders. I'm in January of 2029, and we've lost just 1 league match since May 2026 - we're on course for our 2nd unbeaten season in 3, albeit I'm not counting chickens just yet!

I've been using the Parisienne Walkways tactic for years now, and match after match after match it generates an overwhelming volume of chances that the opposition side just can't cope with. We currently have a +63 goal difference after 23 league matches, and were the only side to record 6 wins in the CL group stages.

    So, great work!

    Parisienne Walkways, which one exactly?

    thanks

  5. Hey,
so I'm managing a newly promoted club Hungerford to Vanarama National, we start the season everything is going good I'm at the top of the league, and then all of a sudden my team stops scoring and winning. I realize we are overachieving and players start being complacent. how do I avoid/overcome this situation?

I use only one tactic. pep talks and shouts are by the staff member with the highest motivation attribute.
any further details will be gladly shared, just ask
    thank you
