  1. Hi there,

Couldn't find an answer for this on the forum, thus putting the question across...

I thought there was a way of doing this - I'm managing a national team, and I've removed all other 'managers' from the international setup, thinking that I could take control of all levels.

The only option I'm seeing is to assume responsibility for leading team talks and handling touchline instructions, but this doesn't work. I can't pick squads or manage matches.

    Is this not doable?

    Thanks

  2. Wow! Thanks for that! I never would have figured that out on my own. I get where you're coming from; it is a hassle.

It's annoying that I have to give up control of "individual training" of the B team in order to let the B team manager choose his own tactics (which is what I want). I play a weird, asymmetric formation for my A team which doesn't translate well to the B team.

B team managers cannot manage their own friendlies if the A team manager is also human.

The friendly gets automatically assigned to the assistant manager whatever I do.

I've read through the Spain thread and not seen a response to this (apologies if i've missed it)...... I too added in a human manager for the B team of the A team that I'm currently managing. The A team manager cannot 'release' responsibilities to the B team manager. The B team manager cannot do much other than pick the team (which isn't a huge problem). What is a huge problem is that half of the responsibility options for me as the A team manager has disappeared. I always had my assistant sort out the media questions, for example. But now I keep having to go into media and select 'send assistant' manually because there is literally nothing available to me when I go through Staff -> Responsibilities -> Media. It's blank! I've since resigned as the B team manager to see if that would improve the situation but it won't.
