Turns out we saved the bite for the main event and Bordeaux are the champions of Europe for the first time in their history!!!!

We lacked any real bite.

April 2033 Three games in March and nine in April, we didn't player from March 9th until April 3rd, make it make sense! We've got yet another Coupe de France Final against PSG and we managed ot hold Manchester City to a draw in the first leg of the Champions League Semi Final!

Sorry Sherwin, I don't have Japan loaded but here's their standings! Hiroya is only rated as a good Ligue 2 player so he's definitely performing far better than he should be, it's looking like he'll be the first striker to lose his place in the squad once the youth come through! And these are the three young Japanese strikers ahead of Hiroya in the pecking order for the NT:

March 2033 Just the one league game this month, a poor draw against struggling Saint-Etienne whilst a 96th minute goal sent us through to the Champions League Quarter Final where we'll face Newcastle! It's the first time I've had three players on this list!

2032/33 Youth Candidates A truly stellar intake! Nowadays 3.5* PA is a decent Ligue 1 player so we could have five or six first team players here!

February 2033 We scraped past Arsenal! Now we face Bayern in the Round of 16 whilst we'll be facing one of Havre or Lens in the Semi Final of the Coupe de France. We were finally able to get a win again in the league but the slim title hopes are dashed now.

Great.

January 2033 Expected losses in both the league and the cup which sees us lose our place at the top of the table and in the Champions League one point means we fall right down to 20th, facing Arsenal in the next round.

December 2032 Three unbeaten months in the league now but we lose the top spot to Lille with PSG hot on our tails as well whilst we manage a late surge of goals away to St. Johnstone to move us up to 10th! An excellent intake with three strikers potentially A rated?!

November 2032 Another great four points in the Champions League and with us only dropping points to Lille in the league we've reached the dizzying heights of 1st place as we reach the half way point!

October 2032 Perfect in the league and we picked up a point at home to Dortmund, a great month overall!

September 2032 Well there's three of the points I was expecting, a perfect month other than the expected PSG result!

August 2032 It's fine margins early on but it's certainly not our best showing just yet. I'm predicting a six point group stage.
