It is great you get to focus on building  the team and playing games a lot more. It would be nice if they added more coaching features, but things like press conferences and pre season meetings, recruitment meetings, coaching meetings get annoying. 

I totally agree!! I've been playing all the championship manager games, and Football manager till i believe 2009 orso.. I stopped playing it when it took me to much time on pointless team talks, player talks, stupid press conferences, creating tactis, creating trainings etc. This xbox version made me hooked on FM once again. I just wanna buy players, make a tactic, and nothing else. The only thing i woul love to see is more selectable leaques. Or a bigger player database to play with. Im now 11 seasons in FM2022, and it feels like the players i can buy are becoming less and less, and i would love to see i can play more than 30 seasons.

In the first time of history i manage a big club (Barcelona).. Big team means big players. I have 200 million to spend... 3 players valued at 70,80 and 90 million. Every bid i make is rejected. I understand when a club rejects bids like a couple  millions more the player is valued. But when i make a offer around 180 million and the player is valued at 80 million is not very realistict in my opinion..

People always saying fifa buying each year is a stupid thing to do, because the improvements of last years edition is barely there.. But this years FM version is almost the same as the 21 version right? No more seasons to play, no more leagues to select just 10. I dont know why i should by this years version. I've played it on gamepass, because i still had 2 weeks left, but i think im gonna let this year past, and stick it with FM21....

For real? Damn. So there are just 10 leagues selectable, and only 30 seasons? Uhm.. whats the difference between 21 and 22? Glad ive playerd it for  "Free" on gamepass.. This is a deal breaker for me, not going to buy it... I will keep it with 21 ...

Hmmm,, not so sure about this version of Football manager. It seems like it looks a little bit "uglier" then FM2021.
I was also hoping a bit more for more leagues than 10 selectable. Or a bigger database. Because i cant imagine that the xbox x series couldn't handle a bigger database of more competitions.
And i cant find my B-team. I can see the B teams on all computer controlled teams, but not on mine. While i know for sure there is a B teams, because i do get updates from it when they have played a match. So.. How do i find my B squad? I can acces them when they've played a match. But there must be another more simple way to acces them, right?

You DO have a choice. Choose for the pc-version if this version isnt it for you when you want a more complex game.

They updated the cursor speed. I was happy with the cursor speed, but because of people who play at the pc, the cursor speed was to slow for them, with the result of an updated cursor speed , and that really sucks. I was happy with this version of Football manager, because the pc -version is waaayyyyy to complex for me. I want to play a season in a couple of hours, not days.
