Оn manager 2024, as in my case, when 1 and 2 have the same points, a playoff is played with two games, on the official announcement from series a it says that there is one tiebreak game on a neutral ground. is it a bug in the game

I have a problem on 2023 manager with lag, I have a solid machine so it can be played at high performance, last 2022 everything was smooth and I had no problem. Both games have the same requirement. Torino v Salernitana.pkm -

I have the same problem with lag on 3D matches, Football Manager 2022 was great no problem, now the new 2023 has the lag problem again. It's not interesting anymore and if it continues like this, I won't buy the next 2024 anymore.
