any patch notes for the update that just came out on Steam? be interested to know :) -
if it's like other major releases it will be out by 9am of release day, if you pre-order any game off PSN or Steam it's almost always unlocked by 9am of the day it's advertised to come out. any later than 9am is a late launch for a major game release.

hey SI, I have an issue where I load up Football Manager 2023 and it's literally the exact same game as Football Manager 2022 except with an updated database, please fix
