I find it a bit confusing calculating eligibility and its due date for a young player that i want to buy. If player is 19 years old or less, and in case of a transfer he will be eligible to be treated as home-grown player, i want the scout report to clearly state that, instead of me trying to calculate if he will be homegrown after 3 years or not.
