You are correct, I was not understanding it correctly. I thought the first part of the sentence was referred to my proposal.

Where we have "A sua direcção irá implementar a sua visão original para o futuro (...)"

It should be " A DIREÇÃO NÃO irá implementar a sua visão para o futuro(...)

 

and "não estavam" to "não ESTÃO"

 

Finnaly "Como lembrança" means "as a gift" it should be "Para lhe relembrar"
