When we agree to leave a club for a new role at the end of the season, you are relieved of the ability to make transfers, offer contracts etc I feel it would be a good addition to add recruitment meetings with the club you will be joining. In the meeting if you have players you wish to sign etc you can instruct them to begin negotiations and hopefully finalise the signing ready for your arrival. In the same meeting it would be nice (but a little cheeky) if we could instruct them to try work on signing players from our current club. and lastly I think the ability to inform them of players who's contracts are ending that you dont or do want them to try keep/let go.
