I've played full version until 2014 and FMT since then (due to lack of time). This year Iwon't be playing it for the first time since 2000.

I think this choice is totally unreasonable.
I hope SI will rethink about it in time for FM2023...

i think this is an absurd choice. That feature was fundamental for the little teams. This is another thing that lowers the quality of the game compared to FMT 2020. 
I hope that it could be possible to have this feature again soon.

i think that this over-simplified version of the game could disaffect many players as me. Regards

Can I ask you a question?

you have tried to make 5 substitution in 5 different moments? Because, I think, the rules are that you can make 5 subs in 3 different moment, not on more. I had the same problem as yours, but then I’ve tried to make the subs in no more the 3 moments in the game and it works for me

In FMT2020, since the transfer window in January, it was possible to make a loan offer for a player (that you already had in loan) for the following season. Now it seems that this is impossible. Is that so?

This is another thing that is been deleted to “streamline” the game? Or should I wait to the end of the winter window transfer to make the offer. If is that so, I apologize for the useless issue

I absolutely agree with the comments. I can’t comprehend why delete all this features. I play FMT because I have not the time to play to the full version. 
these choices to extremely simplify the game, lower so much the quality of the game, that is truly expensive... sorry for my poor English :)
