[How can I build model citizens on Fm22?]

Hi guys; have looked online and only been able to find guides for FM 21 and earlier and I understand the system has changed once again this year. Does anyone know how to cultivate a culture of model citizens? Types of players who are close to it and can be turned into it through mentoring? How can that be done? From my own research I understand that the only three media handling styles that can be combined with model citizen are unflappable, level headed and reserved. Does signing players with at least one of these three make it more likely they can be mentored to Model Citizen, or is that just too hard to do in fm22? What about influencing my youth intake? Do my under-19 staff have to be mostly model citizens?
